This bar is located inside the Holiday Inn hotel which is located right next to the TST MTR exit. The hotel has been renovated a couple of times in the past and the visitors are mostly business clients instead of tourists.On a Friday night, me and my friend had finished dinner and wanted a find a place to chill. On a Friday night, me and my friend had finished dinner and wanted a find a place to chill. Instead of stopping by the crowded Knuttsford Terrace, we have picked Holiday Inn which is a lot classier with a more quiet enviornment.
Since my friend is a member of the hotel, he has recommended me to order their cocktails over their wine or spirit. Therefore, each of us has picked our favourite kind of cocktail to finish the night with lots of laughters and business ideas!
Upon any drink request, customers will be served with some bar snack and today we have got peanuts and raisins, though I kind of wish that they can provide 3 different kind of snacks though.

A dark rum based drink mixed with grape fruit juice and other fruit juice. The portion of alcohol, juice and ice was just right which was not too strong nor watery. Most importantly, the drink was not too sweet which is very important for me since I am not a big fan of sweet food nor drinks.
Left: Sea Breeze
My friend had ordered sea breeze which is a gin based drink with similar fruit mix. The shorter drink was a bit stronger compared to my Zombie surprisingly.
