Was there to celebrate a friend's birthday and we ordered rice with beef and sunny side up egg and duck liver. The food was average and duck liver a little small in portion. The outdoor environment was cosy but it seems that there were not enough waiters/waitresses. The restaurant will need some improvement on the service as the birthday tag and candle were forgotten even though we put a remark in openrice during reservation and further reminded the staff upon confirmation of our reservation.
