Nothing wrong with the food. Service was the worst I've seen for quite some time (I don't write a lot of reviews here but I was pissed off enough to write up this one):
- service was generally mechanic
- due to the late arrival of one family member we kept the lid on the 小籠包. We had to keep two staff members from subsequently taking away the lid.
- staff insisted we use the order form. The form only had two columns for first and second round of orders. When we wanted to add a third round of dishes we were refused a new order form, and had to write over the old one. Subsequently the order was half filled, and the dishes were wrong.
- then staff made five attempts to collect the plate for the last dish, even though we have not finished.
