Average food. Poor service.

Lunch time 13:00. I guess the store just opened because there was no queue and I assume my order was their first order of the day. I ordered a cheese + meat sauce fries. I thought I will get my fries without waiting too long because mine was the only order at that moment. After 10 mins of waiting - I asked the young guy who took my order if my fries were ready, he looked at me as if sth dawned on him- HE TOTALLY FORGOT MY ORDER!!! He was too busy talking on his mobile phone that he forgot

I thought I will get my fries without waiting too long because mine was the only order at that moment. After 10 mins of waiting - I asked the young guy who took my order if my fries were ready, he looked at me as if sth dawned on him- HE TOTALLY FORGOT MY ORDER!!! He was too busy talking on his mobile phone that he forgot to prepare my fries. I stood there for 10 mins like an idiot waiting for nothing.

After another 10 mins of waiting, I finally got my fries- by then I already lost my appetite. The fries were just okay, I should say very average. The fries could be better if they were fried a little longer. The meat sauce made the fries all soggy. HK$33 for such poor service and average food, I rather spend the same amount of money at M*D*na*d's.
