Went there on a Sat afternoon and selected the brunch with bottomless seafood ($418 + 10%). The seafood selection included tiger prawns, lobster and spider crab legs all cooked in their homemade broth, the holy trinity. First off, the broth was heavily seasoned with black pepper (it was actually way over seasoned) which indicated that the seafood was probably not overly fresh.
