Always wanted to try the truffle ramen. Saw the Japan shop being featured on BuzzFeed and was intrigued to try since then.So the truffle went with the shoyu soup base. And the shoyu is not over powering nor very salty like some of the ramen out there. this being said, however, even with the truffle, the soup base was quite lackluster. My partner ordered the mala soup base and similarly the taste was average.
The saving grace was a very nice egg. Quite a good one I must say. So if anyone's gonna eat here, better include the egg in your order so you wouldn't feel too bad for your meal.
