I love avocado. So I had to try this avocado-theme restaurant at the basement level of K11 Musea with my friend. The interior design was chic, quite comforting. Menu was interesting, the one that captured my eyes was the beef burger with avocado as the buns. I’m also a big fan of salmon, so have to give that a try too.To my surprise, the inside of the burger was not a regular beef patty but pulled-beef. Great flavor. It went well with the avocado. To my surprise, the inside of the burger was not a regular beef patty but pulled-beef. Great flavor. It went well with the avocado. On the side had some of their version of cold slaw and some raw greens, which I like. Very creative I must say.

The salmon had a glaze on the top while sitting on a bed of sliced cucumber. It was well cooked. A little crispy outside, soft inside. On the side there was a sesame-soy sauce, which added a nutty flavor to the dish.

We were on a hurry to a movie, so we didn’t get to try other dishes this time. Based on these two mains that we tried, we liked the food here so far. Definitely a gem.
