The mixed ingredients are fresh, especially the avocado tastes soft and creamy. The soup is not strong enough but it matches with the heathly style. This is the first time I ate snapper fish, its bone is very soft. Even you are not good at managing the fish bone, you may still consider it.

I ate the cactus jam before and I have the expectation that it tastes very light. I even can't tell it is mixed with apple. This portion of fresh juice is worth of money to top up.
This restaurant places Avocado first and Cactus second even Cactus is a symbolic of Mexico. I believe their reason is: Cactus is very special but not an ideal ingredient to make the dish perfect. Avocado is more healthy and tastes good, that's why they position them in this way to reach the healthy and adventure foodies.
