The pizza is actually not bad, it's the staff. Ordered a pizza on Thursday. Had to ask to get the 20% discount, When I ordered, the girl muttered something and sure enough, I had the wrong pizza when I got to my room. She knew very well what I ordered and I guess they were out of Teriyaki chicken so she simply made another one. Today, Sunday, I thought I'd give them a third chance actually. She knew very well what I ordered and I guess they were out of Teriyaki chicken so she simply made another one. Today, Sunday, I thought I'd give them a third chance actually. When I had ordered and wanted to pay I was again charged full prize, not even offered the 20% off which is every day. When I asked the girl said she didn't speak English. The manager was called from next door who after reading the website called his manager. I was told, and I quote "Why don't you write a review on line" so that is what I'm doing now. I will of course never go there again. I highly recommend Paisano's which is just across the street. A bit more crowded for obvious reasons. They have excellent pizza and their staff actually do speak English and honour the discounts without having to be prompted for it.
