This is a great, little beef brisket noodles restaurant on Heard Street. I’m not sure if it’s classified as Taiwanese Beef Noodles, but if not it tastes very similar to it. They have a limited menu, but there are lots of add-on options for your beef noodles such as mushrooms, vegetables, etc. The restaurant is clean and decorated with nostalgic pop culture paraphernalia. The staff are friendly and they have an English menu for foreigners (just ask for it).
