Came here tonight for friends bday dinner. it was very good before while it’s at still at harbourcity so we decided to come again.Ordered a meatball pizza, lobster spaghetti, steak tenderloin and sea bass fillet.Food - I would barely say it’s a pass. There are restaurants out in HK that does way better food for this price. Pizza -nothing special Lobster spaghetti - not much taste Steak tenderloin - no taste and burnt (a steak from city super would be way better)Sea bass - OK acceptable 👌🏻Servi

😡😡😡We have to chase the steak 3 times before it came. The first time the waiter rolled her eyes and said ok it’s coming. Another 20 mins, it still hasn’t come. But without checking, they said it’s coming. Finally we complained that it’s been at least 45 mins since we ordered and the manager finally checked. It came 10 mins later. Obviously the order has been missed.😔
We used the 2 entertainment book coupons for buy 1 get 1 free for the main. The waiter who rolled her eyes before came and took care of the coupons. But when we got the bill, only 1 meal was deducted instead of two but the waiter just left and gave us a rude impression implying we are causing a lot of trouble. 😤😤😤
Another wait staff took over the billing process. When we complained the attitude of the first waiter, we just simply got ignored and the situation was not dealt with at all!!!!!!!!!!
Just look at the dishes left half way through clearing the table while we are having drinks. no staff has ever returned to finish the job off
Do u really expect people to return to your restaurant??? Disappointing 😓😓
