This is the second time for me to visit this cafe. The price had definitely soared whereas the quality of food doesn’t do so. I’ve waited for a long time for my food to arrive while others who arrived after me could get theirs. Meanwhile, neither glass of water nor tea I ordered was served. I just sat there for nothing for 20 mins. As for the food itself, u can get it anywhere with less price and better ambience, and most importantly, way better service! I’ve waited for a long time for my food to arrive while others who arrived after me could get theirs. Meanwhile, neither glass of water nor tea I ordered was served. I just sat there for nothing for 20 mins.
As for the food itself, u can get it anywhere with less price and better ambience, and most importantly, way better service! The mango cake is plain, which is the least I can say. The watermelon cake? How hard can it be to have some real watermelons in the cake? Isn’t it the basic thing for fruit cakes to have fruit???
The fish and chips is served without knife and fork. What? Do you expect me to be an Hindu to eat it with hand???
And when I politely asked the waiter to give me some reasonable explanations, he said ok ok ok ok before mumbled one ‘sorry’. Although he gave me a 25% discount, I don’t think it solved the problem.
The thing is I don’t think I’m asking too much for this cafe, just basic service, utensils and glass of water. Yet they cannot even do it.
Think twice before u enter this cafe. It’s so not worth your money and time there.
