So, I haven't been around these place in ages, but I thought, hey, let's go grab a quick caffeine fix. Well, my encounter with the staff was over before I could even say "latte." I mean, seriously, when it comes to service, Hong Kong never fails to disappoint, and this place just hit a whole new low. So, congrats to them, I guess!
