Horrible service right from the start till the end.  This was my 2nd visit, my 1st visit was equially awful due to the soft opening i thought would give it a 2nd chance.  First the waitress missed our order after 20mins wait, she blamed the system did not funtion. She then said the crossiant we ordered before was no longer available so we switch to something else.  10 mins later while we were having our meal, the guests sitting right next to us were having crossiant which they placed order right

First the waitress missed our order after 20mins wait, she blamed the system did not funtion.
She then said the crossiant we ordered before was no longer available so we switch to something else.  10 mins later while we were having our meal, the guests sitting right next to us were having crossiant which they placed order right after us (with another waiter).
I asked our waitress she then told me the kitchen baked some new one but she could have told me earlier so i made my decison whether i wanted it or not.  But she told us it was sold out instead!!
I asked for extra hot coffee but it arrived cold. The whole dinning experience was awful & the service is unacceptable. I would never go back the 3rd time.  There are plenty of nice/better cafes around that area.  I have been to Le Pain Quotidien in London, much better service, this one in Hong Kong is trully disappointed.
