I have not had this before and was amazed with the texture; though the beef was curated, it does not taste raw instead I liked the presentation. I am pleased the chef made this so delightfully tasty for my first steak tartare tastebuds.16:00 Having eaten the first dish I had good impression on the next one; lobster benedict which needed to add $25 for this entree. But baby loves benedict with the egg yolk lava. Baby had a few bites and continue sipping more milky egg yolk with some spinanch and some asparagus on the side. This was again very tasty. Finally, I am so glad that I have made a right decision today to try the Hawk & Aster for the first time. Happy Father's Day! Baby and I were full with hapoy stomachs. Oh yeah! I will come back again to try more great French fusion concept dishes.
