Previously went myself so didn't try much so went with friends on this visit and tried more stuff.Started with the Crystal bread which was yeasty as well as crispy with appetizing tomatoes on top.Next we had baby shrimps, tomatoes and olive oil caviar which was another appetizing dish to share.The baby shrimps were sweet and tasty.The octopus carpaccio was topped with potato foam and Idiazabal cheese.It was quite light in taste because the cheese was not strong enough.The Quinoa baby vegetable s
Started with the Crystal bread which was yeasty as well as crispy with appetizing tomatoes on top. Next we had baby shrimps, tomatoes and olive oil caviar which was another appetizing dish to share.
The baby shrimps were sweet and tasty. The octopus carpaccio was topped with potato foam and Idiazabal cheese.
It was quite light in taste because the cheese was not strong enough. The Quinoa baby vegetable salsa was quite sweet in taste. Moving on to the mains, we had the French Hake, Clams with Asparagus. The Dutch mussels were amazing and a must order because they were fresh and sweet. The seafood Paella was a nice dish to share with chopped pieces of seafood in it. The Presa - Iberico pork shoulder is a must order because the pork is lean and juicy and the mash that comes with it is not your ordinary mash, it was thick and stickily runny like melted white chocolate. The cheesecake was nice because I couldn't taste the lemongrass and the honey foam on top was divine.
The other dessert that I liked was the chocolate because it was soft chocolate spongecake contrasted by the coffee.
