Bad attitude of the South Asian male staff

The South Asian male staff at Dough Bro Lok Fu got a very snobbish attitude. When asked for forks he replied "we don't use forks for pizzas you idiot". I was like What The ??! OK, if you don't have forks then just tell me politely, there's absolutely no need for being so rude. Plus I ordered not only pizzas but other side dishes as well.Could management of Dough Bro look at this matter and be more selective in staff hiring, please.
