Ridiculous Shop!! 1/ I have to wait for more than 45 minutes for my drink. (very inefficient)2/ The cashier has EXTREMELY terrible attitude and service. The was black face-ing the whole time and she punch in the WRONG ORDER. I wanted Lemon Green Tea with no ice. She gave me Lemon green tea with no sugar. Ridiculous Shop!!
1/ I have to wait for more than 45 minutes for my drink. (very inefficient)
2/ The cashier has EXTREMELY terrible attitude and service. The was black face-ing the whole time and she punch in the WRONG ORDER. I wanted Lemon Green Tea with no ice. She gave me Lemon green tea with no sugar. When I finally got my drink, they they can't change it for me. 3/ The drink is not good. I don't understand why so many people buy the drinks from them? It just water mix with lemon concentrate. NO TEA TASTE at all.
4/ Because I had to stand there for 1.5 hour, I saw the counter waiters dropped the whole stack of cups onto the front floor. He picked it up and put it back to the counter. THE CUPS WERE DROPPED ONTO THE GROUND!!!! THE GROUND IS SOOOOOOOO DIRTY. He put it back to the counter and DID NOT THROW them away. It's not hygenic at all. VERY DIRTY SHOP!
5/ The price is not reasonable. It's $18 for a cup of lemon green tea with pearl. I can buy this anywhere in any other shops for less than $15 with better quality.
NEVER GO THERE!
