Tried Fook Lam Moon once 5 years back, it was good. Dim sum was above average back then, still remembering the prawn dumpling skin being so translucent, ingredients used was so fresh back then. Went there with some friends 3 days ago, we were so disappointed with the food quality. Prawns in prawn dumpling weren't fresh at all, dumpling skin was thick and dry. Went there with some friends 3 days ago, we were so disappointed with the food quality. Prawns in prawn dumpling weren't fresh at all, dumpling skin was thick and dry. Siu Mai tasted like frozen siu mai from the supermarket. All the other dimsum dishes were below average too.
Ordered "Pu Er" tea, but they served us "Pu Er" with chrysanthemum. Ridiculous mistake for a 'reputable' restaurant like this.
