Regarding the poor customer service we experienced during our recent dining experience, it was truly disappointing and illogical. Despite our frustration, we politely asked the waitstaff (who happened to be female) to keep the door closed during the peak of Hong Kong's typhoon season as opening it would cause the air-conditioned interior to heat up drastically. Unfortunately, to our surprise, the waitstaff sold us out to the tables seated outside, rather than addressing the situation. It was frustrating to learn that the waitstaff had a solution all along, which was to roll out a portable air conditioner to the outside. However, it was only implemented after we had a dispute with the mentally challenged customer that decided to sound us out in the middle of the establishment. This was an abhorrent display of poor customer service that ruined our evening, and we would never dine at this establishment again.
