My family and I visited this restaurant for a weekend dinner. We ordered the beef short rib, pork belly, and seafood soybean soup. While the Korean waiter assisted in cooking the meat, he overcooked the beef short rib to the point of it being burnt and black. When questioned about it, he blamed it on my choice of medium-well cooking. As my husband is Korean, we were particularly disappointed by the subpar service, as we know this is not how it should be done. In contrast, we had a positive experience at their Wan Chai location, where both the meal and service were excellent. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service at this particular visit.
