I think the photos already justify this bad review.In a min hkd$700/head renowned restaurant, I don’t expect this level of hygiene. FOUND 3 FLIES, alive and dead, in the hot towel (for you to wipe your hands before meal), on the table, on the wall just beside me. I thought I went to a local restaurant beside the road or something.Worst is the service. After we told the waitress who have apologised and reverted to the manager, the manager never said a thing to us, applogise, nor offer us anything
In a min hkd$700/head renowned restaurant, I don’t expect this level of hygiene. FOUND 3 FLIES, alive and dead, in the hot towel (for you to wipe your hands before meal), on the table, on the wall just beside me. I thought I went to a local restaurant beside the road or something.
Worst is the service. After we told the waitress who have apologised and reverted to the manager, the manager never said a thing to us, applogise, nor offer us anything as a compensation. Where am I even paying $700 per head for this shit service?
Overall, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. This is NOT acceptable at all. There should be a readon why this “popular” restaurant didn’t even get a Michelin star.すき焼森
