Bad place to go for weekend lunch

We arrived at 12:40 for lunch and ordered right away. Within 10 mins two bowl of noodles arrived. We also ordered the chicken wings, salad, spring roll and the Thai chicken rice. Our 3 year old son wanted the chicken rice, spring rolls and not our noodles so we quickly ate that so that we could feed him when his food came. We finished our noodles and sat there and waited and waited and waited. At 1:15 it was obvious our food wasn't coming so I checked with the waiter there to see why it was tak

We arrived at 12:40 for lunch and ordered right away. Within 10 mins two bowl of noodles arrived. We also ordered the chicken wings, salad, spring roll and the Thai chicken rice. Our 3 year old son wanted the chicken rice, spring rolls and not our noodles so we quickly ate that so that we could feed him when his food came. We finished our noodles and sat there and waited and waited and waited. At 1:15 it was obvious our food wasn't coming so I checked with the waiter there to see why it was taking so long. I also noticed that people who arrived after us and had ordered the same food as us (chicken rice) was getting their food already. Yet we were still waiting for our son's rice. At 1:25 we asked the waiter again after the family next to us received all their food (they arrived 15 mins after us). None of the staff there could explain what happened to our food. Our son was hungry and we had to leave soon. We originally picked a restaurant since we wanted a quick lunch. At that point it was clear that the order was not put in and one of the waitresses there tried to insinuate that we did not order the food because she was unable to find the piece of paper showing what we picked (obviously they lost it and the order was never put in). Apologies were insincere and we decided to just pay for our two noodles and go somewhere else to feed our son who at that point was asking for his food.

I would not recommend coming here especially when the restaurant is busy at lunch time. Obviously the staff were not used to dealing with the busy lunch time crowd.
