Bad quality oil in croissant

I bought a bag of small croissant From this Kowloon bay mtr shop around 10pm last evening. When I opened and tried, the oil is definitely spoiled. Well, the expiry date is 04032018. Even though it was bad, since I was quite hungry, I still had two small pieces Last night. Today I really have to concern whether I may have food poisoning. No matter what, i'm not going to buy anything from this brand shop again. How am I going to Trust their product anymore.
