Don't go! Bad food! Bad service! Expensive! First of all, we ordered clams, crab meat linguine and cod fillet. Clams is a bit salty but ok. Lots of cheese on the linguine, but we don't take cheese, and the menu does not state cheese, I told the waitress, she only said that they usually put some cheese on top and asked me to take away by myself! Please note that there is a lot of minced cheese, how can I take out from the sauce?! Finally they changed for me. But the linguine is not fully cooke
First of all, we ordered clams, crab meat linguine and cod fillet. Clams is a bit salty but ok. Lots of cheese on the linguine, but we don't take cheese, and the menu does not state cheese, I told the waitress, she only said that they usually put some cheese on top and asked me to take away by myself! Please note that there is a lot of minced cheese, how can I take out from the sauce?! Finally they changed for me. But the linguine is not fully cooked, some still quite hard, considered that they have changed for me, so I didn't complain any more.
Then, I waited for some time, the main course arrived, but it is duck confit, not cod fillet I ordered, the waitress said that she might listen wrongly when taking order but she claimed that she had confirmed “confit” to me. Her such lie means she has no problem to hear wrongly but I have problem to hear wrongly?! (but of course she didn't say confit, otherwise we have already corrected her) Her excuse is ridiculous! No one calls duck confit as confit! Originally I was considering to accept the duck confit in order not to waste the food, but because she shifted the responsibility to us, we preferred to insist our order, they did.
But the worst thing is, the cod fillet is not hot! Only room temperature! Before I ordered, the waitress told me the cod is slow cooked and then be pan fried to make it crispy, but the cod was not pan fried and even not warm! Every dish in this very small restaurant is expensive as big restaurant! And it locates in alleyways! The cod fillet is over $250! Clams is $165, linguine is over $150! (we also ordered 2 glasses of wine) We were so angry that we didn't eat the cod, and complained to another waitress and requested to pay bill and leave, the most ridiculous thing is the waitress did not apologize and even charged us full amount of the meal!
