Food is just ok , but to give me such a bad lunch service enough to ruin my day… Amaroni’s is truly something else.I ordered a burger and a pepperoni mushroom pineapple pizza for two people. I ordered a burger and a pepperoni mushroom pineapple pizza for two people. The pizza’s presentation is an utter disappointment. It’s not even that there’s a lack of expected amount of ingredients/toppings that disappointed me, but literally every slice had exactly one small slice of pepperoni right in the center. It’s such an overt cost-saving and calculative presentation that bewildered me. It hardly seemed random so consider this an indirect price increase. You want to pay 200dollars for 9 slice of pepperoni on big piece of soggy dough? You got it.
Burger (7/10) came with off-tasting fries (3/10), and we wanted ketchup. We were patient and try to flag someone for help, we probably made 10 attempts of which all were ignored; the staff actively dismissed us even tho we sat in the center with busy foot traffic. Some gestured they saw us and will return but didn’t, instead setting empty tables later on. Worst is a few individual’s poor acting pretending not to see us, and this also made leaving this hell hole difficult because no one would get us the bill. By the way, we never got the ketchup. Eventually the manager did spot us and give us the bill.
It’s a very busy day for the mall, the only reason we went Amaroni’s was because every other restaurant was packed with at least 10-20 tickets queue for a table. Guess which place was empty? 10 staff for 15 tables and Amaroni couldn’t get it done, no wonder this place is in decline. Save your money and go elsewhere, if unable just go home. I will never visit again, ending my 20year relationship with this restaurant. I rather throw my money off a bridge than to frequent this place again. Good grief
