When I arrived at the reception of the restaurant, there's no one to serve me until 2 mins later. I request non-smoking area, then the waitress send me to a table. When I am looking at the menu, I saw someone smoking next to me. Then I request to change the table for non-smoking area. But the waitress said that no vacancies right now and ask me to wait outside, and I need to queue again. Then I leave.
