This place is always packed with long line up waiting outside and I always want to give it a try. Today, there is no line up at all, what a great chance! I have ordered their signature dish - pan fried dumpling for take away. It's great that they have this big glass window you can watch how they make the pan fried dumpling while waiting, it's kind of fun! Add a bit of water, rotate the big hot heavy metal fry pan, cover it with wooden lid, repeat it two more times and sprinkle a bit of black & w

It's fine so far until the staff start getting the order to the customers. It was so unorganized. Number is called not in order, so those who just ordered get their food first? I was there first and why I am not getting my order? I am not there waiting for a bus!!!
I bring it up to the staff's attention and what I got is "Huh". I finally get my order but feeling not very please.
The pan fried dumpling is juicy and taste good. The pastry is thin on one side but very thick at the top. The top part is kind of chewy, not as crispy as I thought it should be.
Will I go back to this resturant again?
