Came here last week on Sunday night and there was no egg tart. Unfortunately it was not hot nor warm, really just room temperature. But the shop opened at 8a.m. and I got it at 8:15a.m. so it meant the egg tarts were baked overnight?! Yet the amount of custard was quite a lot and it was super smooth indeed. The tart base was reasonably crispy and not too greasy. That said, I couldn't feel the many layers of crisps.
At a price of $12, it was really much cheaper compared with many other products! But no way if I had to line up!
