Cupping room in Wan chai have been around the area for a pretty long time. When it comes to coffee joint in the area, there isn't much choice, which cupping room is one of the selection ! Today I had decided to order their Brioche French toast with caramelised banana, I would say its pretty good for a cafe quality ! The toast was a little crunchy outside but inside was still soft ! the banana was perfectly caramalized ! Also I believe it is served with the ricotta cheese to balance off the sweetness from the caramel !
