Beautiful cafe in a 5-star hotel

We want to visit Chatterbox in the newly opened K11 Musea but all F & B outlets are packed, luckily it is adjacent to the new Rosewood Hotel so I called reservation & try to get a table at 2pm, shockingly the reception said they could not check if there is a table available, what the use if having a central reservation hotline??? Anyway we walked in and got a table at 2:09pm and was told last order is 2:30pm, I had never heard of any hotel cafe having ‘last order’. We ordered the cheese burger w

We ordered the cheese burger whichbis juicy but because there are chopped beetroot, it nade the burger too sweet & was lacking of special sauce. The Hainanese chicken rice is not bad, chicken is tender but not much taste, condiments are good but the grated ginger need to put oil, the soup is too sweet with longnan fruit inside.
