I have been accessing openrice for more than one year, but what encourages me to start my jorney of writing review is because of his signalled support, Mr. P, who is one of the best gentlemen I have met.We often have lunch twice a week, this time, he brought me to this grand steakhouse and the food here is so remarkable.Once we sat in, I was amazed by the professional and high-class table setting, there were various kinds of salt provided for different types of meet.We start off the semi-buffet
We often have lunch twice a week, this time, he brought me to this grand steakhouse and the food here is so remarkable.
Once we sat in, I was amazed by the professional and high-class table setting, there were various kinds of salt provided for different types of meet.
We start off the semi-buffet lunch with a wide choice from the salad bar, the green colour of the vegetables speak volume of their freshness, I like the grilled pineapple and the pamma ham the most, as the former is so juicy and the later is full of aroma. Second comes the lobster soup, this is the best among all courses of the meal, it is so rich in the texture and the taste is reslly full of lobster and seafood, the re-heated, hot temperture also add favor to the soup.
I have chosed the steak as my main course, so did Mr. P. I am speakless in front of the beautiful colour and the tenderness of the beef. I need not to add in any seasoning mustard, but to taste the original strong taste of the steak. I only could say the time control of the chief is prefect, either of my steak or Mr.P's become overcooked.
The most exciting part of today lunch is the dessert section, form mosse cakes, marcoon, fresh fruits, puff, to the well-known hot choco pudding on the desk, all drive me out of my mind. I love the rich and non-sweet taste of the rasberry and chocolate cake, it really like flying in the haven despit the high calories contained.
Overall speaking, the food is great. The meal is a bit pricey, but it worth for such a nice service and the noble environment, isn't it?
