Grills are my recent pig-out top favourite. I had heard about WooTung for some time and still haven't tried it, and here is the chance after working in Wan Chai today!Customers can choose to grill-it-yourself or served. The strongest of all is the rib fingers! They said it had some tendon and thus made it very chewy!
Great pairing with sake. It would be too meaty for just a person (but well it was not like super full). If for two, order two more dishes and share a bowl of rice or cold noodles would be just right.
