Went to Lawry’s for dinner and I found myself googling about their steaks because the menu doesn’t explain much about the cuts of beef.After googling, I got a better idea of the steaks.The Hong Kong Cut (4 Oz) The California Cut (6 Oz)The English Cut (7.5 Oz)The Lawry's Cut (10 Oz)The Diamond Jim Brady Cut (16 Oz)The waitors there could have been friendlier.Anyway, the salad was quite nice but different because it had egg yolk in it.The beef was good but some of it had some chewy membrane which
