I came here for dinner when it first opened almost 2 years ago in conjunction with a 1 night stay at the St. Regis hotel. It was the newest hotel in HK then. Like many French fine dining, the dishes were very pretty & presentable. Especially their appetizers.
However, I thought the food just tasted OK. Nothing super memorable.
(I had to find pics from my IG since I deleted most already on my phone)
If you're a cheese lover 🧀, you'd be happy to hear it was complimentary to our course. There was a wide selection from the cheese trolley. My first time trying cheese with honey as recommended by our server. It was surprisingly pleasant
The wine 🍷 was very nice. There was a sommelier in house and he was very attentive. He used a very nice decanter for our white wine which I requested to be a bit sweeter as I have a sweet tooth.
Staff service was on par with many Michelin’s and so it was just a matter of time that the restaurant was awarded a Michelin 🌟 shortly after.
Overall, it was a lovely evening...but very expensive!! 💰💰💰
Dinner for 2 (with long course) with a bottle of wine was : HK$7500
It's definitely more tailored for a special occasion and perhaps good to try once.
