I came here for dinner when it first opened almost 2 years ago in conjunction with a 1 night stay at the St. Regis hotel. It was the newest hotel in HK then. The place was immaculate. Very elegant and refined with fine touches of modernism. Also cozy at the same time with warm dim lighting in the evening. I absolutely loved the ambience!
Like many French fine dining, the dishes were very pretty & presentable. Especially their appetizers.
However, I thought the food just tasted OK. Nothing super memorable.

If you're a cheese lover 🧀, you'd be happy to hear it was complimentary to our course. There was a wide selection from the cheese trolley. My first time trying cheese with honey as recommended by our server. It was surprisingly pleasant
The wine 🍷 was very nice. There was a sommelier in house and he was very attentive. He used a very nice decanter for our white wine which I requested to be a bit sweeter as I have a sweet tooth.
Staff service was on par with many Michelin’s and so it was just a matter of time that the restaurant was awarded a Michelin 🌟 shortly after.
Overall, it was a lovely evening...but very expensive!! 💰💰💰
Dinner for 2 (with long course) with a bottle of wine was : HK$7500
It's definitely more tailored for a special occasion and perhaps good to try once.
