I would like OpenRice to put me in touch with the owner of this fine establishment so that I may submit a formal complaint in person.on April 16 (Easter Sunday), we came.here for afternoon tea with my husband and our 15months old daughter.When we settled the bill (127hkd) we realized that only cash was accepted and unfortunately we were able to come up with 119hkd between the 2 of us. We told the cashier we were sorry we forgot to bring enough cash and also left my bank card at home. We would g

When we settled the bill (127hkd) we realized that only cash was accepted and unfortunately we were able to come up with 119hkd between the 2 of us. We told the cashier we were sorry we forgot to bring enough cash and also left my bank card at home. We would go back home and get the money and bring it back. they asked us where we lived and we said Tung Chung. the lady was very aggravated and said she could not let us leave because people cheat her on these things all the time. the whole time she proceeded to be unreasonable and did not offer us any solution so I sent my husband out with an octopus to try to get some cash while we waited in the restaurant. she continued to be difficult and I of course became very agitated as well, she got very angry and called the police. she also claimed my husband had left me on purpose.
I then proceeded to borrow 8hkd from a couple sitting by the front and settled my bill. as I was leaving I told her I felt bad for her because she had a lot of bad karma built up over something so silly. she then told me never to go back and also told me she hopes my husband will.divorce me.
this type of behaviour is not only rude but totally bizarre and I.think she should be removed from the restaurant permanently so not to hurt some one in the future.
I have tried to call.the restaurant several times since to speak to the manager about such employee but they kept hanging up.
