Was invited to Holy Crab for Brunch on Saturday, and it was fantastic. On offer was a Bottomless Seafood Brunch consisting of 3 courses and the third course being an unlimited bucket of prawns, lobster or crab legs, seemed to be a good deal, however the table I was with decided to order from the Al a carte brunch menu. We started with the Little Boy Bleu ($98), to die for and, I have been dreaming about it ever since. Served in a skillet, boy blue consists of potatoes, onion, capsicum, and spicy

Served in a skillet, boy blue consists of potatoes, onion, capsicum, and spicy sausage with 2 fried eggs over the top and a drizzle (but just enough) of blue cheese…. We absolutely demolished it.
Next round I had the Fluffy Flapjacks, with crispy bacon and fried eggs ($88) and three of my friends went with the Crabs & Meat Benedict ($108) a benedict dish served with crab meat and sausage while another friend went the Southern Love on a Plate ($98) with the gravy on the side, this was scrambled egg with a spicy sausage patty on an American biscuit, I tried it and it was delicious. The chef kindly bought us out a Louisiana Fried Chicken & Waffles to try, a very American dish, strangely the flavors go together quite nicely, although I have to say a bit to unhealthy for me my liking, but we did all manage to enjoy it never the less.
Service was very attentive and food turnaround time was good, receiving a complimentary drink on arrival always sets the mood for a great meal. The décor in Holy Crab is great very roomy with big comfortable chairs which allows for long dining and relaxing which is nice when chilling and catching up with friends over brunch.
I do have to say, Holy Crab is a little hard to find with limited signage and located on the 3rd floor of a building in LKF, and the coffee could do with a little work, but then again I am a coffee snob.
All in all the breakfast was great and I, without a doubt will be back.
