I have been trying egg tarts all over HK. This place has the best. Smooth, yellow egg custard, nicely set in a short, buttery case. The proportion of custard to pastry is perfect, and it beats the infamous Tai Cheong hands down. They even do them in mini tart sizes, which go down a treat with kids (and adults!).
