The hand sliced beef ( 牛腋位not listed on the menu) really is the best in HK ... most intense flavor, silky and tender.I have been coming here for their beef the last ten years. Good value for money and “quality”for what they charge. Their fish was also reasonable. Black sea bass was about $600. They don’t sell by weight. Dumplings, cuttlefish paste, beef cubes, etc were all good as usual. This time I booked a private room for 6. A bit tight but sufficient space. Service was friendly. Could be a b

I have been coming here for their beef the last ten years. Good value for money and “quality”for what they charge.

Their fish was also reasonable. Black sea bass was about $600. They don’t sell by weight.

Dumplings, cuttlefish paste, beef cubes, etc were all good as usual.

This time I booked a private room for 6. A bit tight but sufficient space.

Service was friendly. Could be a bit more attentive.

Ambience was average.
