Tried two different flavors of their soup base. Ichitora, as their signature tonkotsu soup, had a rich texture and was salted just right. The tender charsiu slices had a fair amount of fat. the ajitsuke tamago was well marinated, custardy and jammy.
Black Tora - the standard soup base with fragrant black garlic oil plus wakame, was also served boiling hot.
They also provide vegan ramen which is a rare option that not many ramen restaurants offer.
