We ordered a whole lobster on fried rice (HKD 280). The lobster was fresh with firm texture, steamed with garlic and the fried rice base was a heaven with “wok hei”.
Razor clam – fresh fresh fresh and it is only HKD 50 per piece
Scallop – massive scallop and it is only HKD 50 per pop
Steamed shrimp – so fresh and large in size. A plate of 12 shrimps is only HKD 90.
