I work nearby — and Kabo is my go-to place when I’m craving a juicy freaking burger for lunch !!Not only is the price extremely affordable ; they have a rather big selection of different burgers — beef, chicken, pork, even shrimp. But I always go with the classic beef burger（經典牛堡） and +$1 for raw onion (In-n-out lovers knows what’s up!!). The beef patty itself is always so juicy and flavourful, not too big, not too small, not too greasy, not too dry. I heard that they use slow-cooking technique

I heard that they use slow-cooking technique to keep the patty juicy & fresh-tasting — i think that’s amazing. And their ketchup & special mayo is very tasty as well.
And seriously, I just love to support small local business who pour their hearts into the food they create. You can tell the owners are very passionate and proud of the food they make.
