the flour roll skin offers a complete different twist to the mango dessert wrapped with skin. Unlike the mochi skin above, the Cheng fun skin is super slippery and thin and fun. A very new pleasant experience.

As you see, the skin is just as thin if not thinner, not hindering the sweetness of the mango.
Highly recommend this for anyone traveling to cheung Chau for a quick getaway.
