A BIG LOVER of Japanese matcha, I’ve been to Kyoto and Uji in japan - where this restaurant was originated. The taste is extremely / the same as the branches in Japan. The ice creams are rich in tea flavour - not bitter or too sweet. The service here is average, I won’t say they are unfriendly - but they are just so busy so they can’t really serve you ... but when they do serve you, they are very nice and kind. Just extremely fast moving due to the long queue outside.
One negative comment is .... deserts are best when they are shared however they have a minimum charge of one person ordering at least one item from the menu ... the drinks are sweet tasting and they cost just as much as a main dessert ... so it can be quite pricey here and we were kind of forced to purchased a dessert each but we were just So full (the portions are massive so value for money) that we had to waste so much goodness.
