Oysters at Sheraton oyster bar never let me down. Not only they have a big variety of options, they are always the freshest no doubt. There are 16 kinds for selection today. I had Gillardeau, Ostra Regal, Ancelin tonight. My favourite still goes to Gillardaeu. I love the sweetness , crispness and freshness of it . It is a must have at all time. Ostra Regal is much creamier with a touch of mineral taste. Very interesting after taste . I like it a lot too but just one piece or two will be enough

Thick and rich Lobster bisque with two big chunk of lobster meat. I always order it when I comes here. So delicious. Never get bored of it .

I love red wine from France, saint-emilion, however, this one is a bit of a let down . it's much sourer than expected even after a long time on airing. it's bit over-rating and over-pricing for this bottle.
