After moving back to Hong Kong from Melbourne, I have always been looking for good Vietnamese pho in Hong Kong. If you are from Melbourne too you know why! Whenever there's a new Vietnam pho place opened, I am always happy to go ahead and try if it's comparable to the ones we had in Aust. After a few years of hunt, this place finally stole my heart! It's my second visit, the first time was back when they were newly open. Their menu offers all the traditional items with no fusion / localized items

It's my second visit, the first time was back when they were newly open. Their menu offers all the traditional items with no fusion / localized items. We ordered beef balls pho and fish roll. Their soup is very close to the taste of melb's pho, exceptionally comparable ! My husband loves the beef balls, we both enjoyed it so much!
The fish roll is sth new we never tried and it wasn't available in some Vietnamnese places. Why not give it a try, right? The fish is lightly pan fried with crisp skin and wrap with rice paper. Taste wise it does exceeded my expectation! It also wrapped with some ingredients that I am not too sure but it's worth to try guys!
Very happy that finally a place offering the 'flavor' I have been searching for.
Yummy!
