On my recent visit, I opted for a combination of belly meat, chicken, beef, beef liver, fried sauce, sauerkraut, cuttlefish balls, bamboo fungus, and more. I was blown away by the variety and quality of the ingredients, which all worked together to create a rich and complex flavor profile.

The rice noodles themselves were perfectly cooked, with a satisfying chewiness that made each bite a pleasure. The broth was deeply flavorful and comforting, with a slight spiciness that added just the right amount of kick. I was particularly impressed by the beef liver, which was cooked to perfection and added a wonderful depth of flavor to the dish.
