Best roasted goose in Sai Kung

I came to this restaurant with my auntie after watching an episode of a YouTuber who said that the best food to try at this seafood restaurant is their roasted goose 😹. And the YouTuber is so damn right! Albeit no halo of Michelin-star, their roasted goose is very flavorful with crispy skin and the meat is quite tender and succulent. We love to pair it with the sweet plum sauce and also ordered a bowl of plain flat rice noodles to eat with the goose meat. We didn’t order any seafood so I am not

After dinner, they also served free dim sum dessert which I was surprised that their ginger juice layered cakes were quite delicious!!
