 Served cold, I actually like the fact that plentiful of Vera and glutinous ball were flowing on top of the bowl and the flavour was on spot too! 
Overall, the Shanghai dishes were exquisitely presented and flavour-wise. Would encore the pumpkin custard cake, sea urchin & hairy crab roe, pork spare ribs and steam pork dumplings!
