Had lunch there back in December 2020. Straight up edomae place, old school in a way. But each piece of sushi you can taste the care and skills of the chef. He simply let the ingredients did the talking, with a very light hand in adding his personal touch. Now, the Shari.....The Shari was probably the best I have ever had in this city. The Shari was probably the best I have ever had in this city. Not one of, But simply the best. Spot on textbook. The acidity is just right. You can taste it and you can smell it, but it never once overpowered the netas on top. The texture is firm yet not hard to chew. The centre is just soft enough, slightly a bit softer than Al Dente. I could have just a bucket of the Shari alone.
Looking forward to going back and try thier dinner menu.
